THE LIFETIME

HEALTH DIET (PART ONE)

 

 

Nowwwwwww, before you start moaning, “Oh no! Here comes one more

Weight Loss Fad, that’ll last for about six months and then die out

like all the rest of them”, please do yourself a favor and read on just

a little bit further. You’ll be glad you did. J

 

This author has been researching weight-loss for a little over 3 years

now, and using myself and a few other good friends as guinea pigs (all

who’ve been overweight off and on for the last 20 years), have managed

to discover the answers to the following very important questions:

 

1. What are the Basic Things affecting Body Weight and which also

resolve the problems of Obesity?

2. Precisely, what are the workable Truths behind those diets that

produced real Weight Loss?

3. Where did these other Diets fall short and go off the rails,

bringing about an eventual failure?

4. Why does the Lifetime Health Diet offer permanent Weight Loss,

and how does it help to bring about a state of excellent Health?

5. And lastly, are there any other contributing factors to Weight

Gain that need to be known?

 

In answering #1: It was discovered that there are only three Basic

Things that affect Body Weight and Obesity, and these are:

 

 

A:

QUANTITY

– (HOW MUCH WE EAT)

B: QUALITY –

(HOW WE LIVE)

C: VIABILITY –

(EXERCISE)

 

 

In “A”, we’re simply talking about “How Much” we eat. Overweight

people (very few exceptions) eat far too much. When the Lifetime

Health Diet is published, you’ll see that “QUANTITY” plays a key role.

 

In “B”, we need to look a little deeper into the fairly complex subject

of the QUALITY of the foods we eat, and the QUALITY of our Lifestyles.

 

When discussing the subject of QUALITY, we’re talking about the

following two things only:

 

 

a)

The

NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF OUR FOOD.

b) And, Lifestyle

Quality = STRESS LEVELS + or –

 

 

In a): Honestly folks, the QUALITY of our Commercial Food nowadays is

nothing short of Criminal. In an evil attempt to monopolize Food

Production on this beautiful planet of ours, companies such as

Monsanto, ADM, & Dupont are continually forcing Genetically

Modified Monstrosities (GMO Frankenfoods) down our throats. These

companies are even taking over Organic Markets.

 

In b): Nowadays, the amount of STRESS in our lives is absolutely

outrageous. America currently has over a 20% unemployment rate. Many

Families have lost their homes and are now living in the streets. And

then there’s the News Media Threats of Terrorism, and endless War.

 

In “C”, we are using a very specific definition of the word VIABILITY =

“capable of working”. And, we are NOT talking about how many hours you

can sit typing at a computer. I’m sorry to have to tell you this, but

we’re talking about that naughty word, EXERCISE.

 

Use it or lose it! If you rest, you rust! EXERCISE is probably the

toughest category of the three. And the secret to getting on Exercise

Programs, is doing things using a slow gradual approach. I don’t care

how little you start off doing, you need to do a bit more each day

until you get to your ideal, VIABLE Weight and Physical Condition.

Depending on your present weight, and your determination, it can take

anywhere from one up to seven months to get back into shape. Don’t get

discouraged!!! Please realize that this is a very short time compared

to what it took to get you into your current shape.

 

Actually, even though it is detailed, the entire subject is really

quite simple, and over the next couple of weeks, a complete explanation

of all the above will be published.
