This would be a good place to start. I wouldn't wish mind altering drugs on my worst enemy. Not even Hitler or Jack the Ripper or Al Capone. They're that harmful. I can't believe school shrinks force children to take them and can do this against their parents will here in the USA. These drugs cause mental illness! If there is a legal situation and your sis can't legally quit taking them, She needs to google CCHR*, get their number and give them a call.
