Guest guest Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 I am fairly new to healthy eating so excuse the ignorance but, some things I did that made a dramatic difference were: I cut out diet soda and replaced it with water. I have become a label reader watching the salt content. I switched wheat bread to sprouted bread. I switched regular pasta to spinach or spelt. I use fresh veggies instead of canned (which contain alot of salt). And of course I cut out all added sugar replacing it with fresh or frozen fruit. Hope this helps. Herbal remedies are great but they can't even begin to compare with real food.
