Guest guest
This piques my curiosity because I use raw agave nectar on occasion. I would like to hear what others think. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/03/30/beware-of-the-agave-nectar-health-food-fraud.aspx

Guest guest
There is a rebuttal to this article out there too; which is why I was looking for input. Maybe it's still okay! Guest guest
Now this is scary. I use this myself. I can buy the organic agave nectar in either blue agave or or amber color. It has somewhat of a syrupy consistency. Before reading this, I thought it is truly natural and process free. Now I am not so sure. Ok, I won't buy it anymore. I will stick with stevia which I have also. Thanks for the information. Guest guest
I would think if your agave syrup is truly raw and unpasteurized (minimally processed) it would be fine. Maybe you could call the company and ask them how it is treated before it is bottled.
