Guest guest
Hey Doc, So I noticed from your price list you are selling Vitamin E. Says "Non GMO". I was wondering if you have any data about buying Vitamin E from regular supermarkets or Costco, and if there are Vitamin E being sold out there that is not that good quality? I ask because I was buying from Standard Vitamins for a while, but then started getting from Costco. But the ones from Costco taste different (I chew them) and something seems off... Are there Vitamin E brands that are GMO? Any data you want to give me, I want it. Since we are so high up elevation, Vitamin E is something my family and I take a lot of! Thanks! Hi to the family! Guest guest
Hey Kendra, Good to hear from you. Most emphatically you want to stay away from the Costco / Sam's Club versions of Vitamin E = synthetic Vitamin E = virtually useless. Chemical Difference: Natural Vitamin E has a single molecule configuration which occurs in nature and is called: d-alpha tocopherol, d-alpha tocopheryl & rrr-alpha tocopherol. Synthetic Vitamin E is a mixture of 8 molecular configurations, 7 of which are man made. These variations are called: dl-alpha tocopherol, dl-alpha tocopheryl & all-rac alpha tocopherol in their 7 different forms. I know this sounds very technical, but believe me, our bodies know the difference, and the synthetic are of no use whatsoever = may look like a deal, but when you pay for nothing, wellllllllllll you're paying for .. . . nothing. ;o))) Hugs to you Cheri and the whole family.
