What do you mean by "try not to break

the egg membranes"? I thought this used whole, in the shell eggs?

~Amber

Approximately 48 hours later,

when the

bubbling has stopped, carefully remove the eggs and try not to break

the egg membranes.

Hi Brian!

I just made some lemon egg this past weekend. In the many times I have made it I have wondered if I am doing something incorrectly as I have a thick scum time stuff on top of the liquid after it has been in fridge for the 48 hrs. I usually skim that off and put in separate container and throw in with my total nutrition drink . Is this what happens when you make it also? Seems I have to strain it also as there are thick like chunks in the bottom of the glass jar that dont dissolve by shaking it after the eggs are removed. . Appreciate your input.

thanks!

The shells will be gone and the eggs will be in sack-like membranes that can break easily. Most people don't want raw eggs in their Calcium drink so Doc suggests that you carefully remove the eggs after the shell has completely dissolved. Doc would probably just bled everything up and drink it down for he believes in the beneficial qualities of raw eggs but I would cook the eggs right away.Making this formula is a fun experiment and one of the tastier ones. Tastes like lemon-aid with a hint of chalk. Yum. LOL~B On 3/23/2010 12:19 PM, Stargazer wrote:

Keep rosemary by your garden gate. Plant roses and lavender for luck. Fall in love whenever you can.~ Practical Magic--- On Fri, 3/26/10, Ieneke van Houten <ienvan wrote:

Just in case everything totally falls apart and us

Northern folks don't have access to eggs, could we

use ACV instead?
