Guest guest
Anything I can do to get rid of this? About 4 weeks ago I started juicing greens in the morning and an irritation on my tongue started, it was very minor and easy to dismiss at first. It built over time and I thought that maybe I had given myself thrush somehow from the juicing. I had a culture and it came back negative. My tongue always feels scalded, my top palate, and lips also feel this way and can down right burn like fire. I stopped juicing in case it was the cause. I stopped using my toothpaste and have been using baking soda for over a week now, no change. I am not consuming any sugar, wheat. grains, fruits. Basically following a candida diet. I also took an anti fungal for a week waiting for my culture results. Any help would be appreciated! Ruby

Being deficient in nutrients, such as iron, zinc, folate (vitamin B-9), thiamin (vitamin B-1), riboflavin (vitamin B-2), pyridoxine (vitamin B-6) and cobalamin (vitamin B-12), may affect your oral tissues and cause a burning mouth. These deficiencies can also lead to vitamin deficiency anemia.

I was hoping to naturally up my vitamin intake. Ruby
Guest guest
Ruby, I had a sore tongue while doing the anticandida diet too. I tried so many things and finally decided it was a lack of Vitamin C. I took Vit C and found that it was the cure. Just a clue. Might help.
