Guest guest
Many of you use Stevia to sweeten your tea, etc. ¿¿¿ Is the Stevia you use white ??? Kind of a strange question for me to ask you (for Stevia is a green plant) but I ask because large companies have refined, diluted and added some rather unhealthy additives. White Stevia is their multimillion dollar product and in my opinion an inferior one. (to Mother Nature's green) I have no idea how they make white powder from a green plant (I've never seen a farmer plant a field of corn and get potatoes) but I'm sure they're all patting each other on the backs for their amazing achievement. "no thanks" says I. "I'll keep the good stuff" How to Have green Stevia: 1. Plant a few Stevia seeds in a pot of lovely dirt. 2. Water as needed. 3. Pick a handful of leaves and set on a screen to dry. {Make sure no sun touches them or you'll get brown Stevia and lose valuable enzymes.} When they crackle and crunch they're dry.(takes a few days) 4. Put dry leaves in mortar and pulverize with pestle or a blender or coffee grinder also does the trick nicely. There. Simple enough. Best to all. ~B P.S. Organic Solutions now sells premium quality Stevia powder by the ounce and its the green stuff. :-)
