It was me Kathy that posted about my son having acne Doc. I understand what you are saying here. I think when I asked you about this the first time it was in ref to something you said about radiation. I also posted just the other day that this same kid now has something that we just found out about. Reposting below.

Doc, I just found out Fri. my son has a Pilonidal cyst. Good grief it is one thing after another for us here. This is the same son I have asked you about before for his acne problem. I have done some research here about this b/c I had never heard of this horrible thing. I have a couple questions here. First of all Dr says he absolutely has to have surgery - it is pretty bad. He has him on Bactrim right now until we can get into a surgeon. Have you ever dealt with a cyst like this?

This was a question

He first complained of this last summer but we thought it was just a boil so we treated it as such.

We took him to the Dr clear back in Oct. and the Dr said it looked like it was healing and did not seem concerned. He has had several 'flare ups' which I now know is normal.

This thing is really gross and he also a big hole which is referred to as a 'sinus'.

2nd Q - Do you think that this amount of infection could also be causing the acne problem? To some that may sound like a dumb question but I do not think it is. From the onset of his acne I have thought it was not just teenage acne. Seems if one has a serious infection that is left untreated as this has been for several months that it would come out other places. This was my other question

I am scared to death for my child to have this surgery - everything I have read says extremely painful.

Right you are Doc,you can't just substitute Herbal medicines in the place of pharms..the (W)holistic method seeks the elimination of medicine as nessesary for healthrather than the dependence on them as we have been taught by Doctors who maketheir money by selling drugs not avaliable without their consent. keep up the good work, kindred spirit,Rattlesnake, from somewhere in the rainforests of Central America--- On Mon, 3/15/10, Doc <Doc wrote:

Dear Guys and Gals,Just a quick note on several of the posts asking for help recently. Many of these are coming across with very little data, which makes it extremely hard to offer quality advice. I then see some with experience trying to help by offering advice, but there's no way in the world will you get accurate with your advice if you don't have all the data. You pros out there should know better. Please take into account the 3 Rules of Disease when you post a question asking for help, and when you offer advice. These are: The Three Reasons WHY People get SICK.1. The person is doing something they shouldn't.2. The person is NOT doing something they should be doing. & 3. They're doing both of these together, which is the most common occurrence. The one thread that comes immediately to mind is the gal who made the posts having to do with acne in her teenager. Not once did the post come close as to "WHY" he came about with this condition. There is always a "CAUSE" behind every illness. ALWAYS ! ! ! If you don't handle the CAUSE, no amount of DRUG, or Herb, or Acupuncture, or Chiropractic or Massage will handle anything whatsoever. Period ! ! ! What IS the Teenager doing Wrong in his life??? What's he eating??? (chocolate, booze, sugar snacks, street drugs??????? ) This is where you have to start, and the questions needed asking before any Herbal Advice is given. There's no sense trying to offer herbal advice for a pain in the leg, when you haven't yet found out that the person still has a nail stuck in his leg !!!!!You have to remove the nail first. I'm not going to beat a dead horse here. I think y'all get the idea.In Knowledge, Health & Freedom,Doc
