What's your blood pressure like? Do you have any other symptoms other than

palpitations and high cholesterol?

Thanks.

Borderline high cholesterol is nothing to worry about.

How about Magnesium? If you take extra calcium you

might induce a shortage of magnesium Why the potassium

as a supplement? It is freely available in good whole

foods.

I have totally moved away from isolated vitamins, liquid

or not, and minerals in in favor of concentrated whole foods,

like Doc's Total Nutrition.

In terms of herbs, Hawthorne and Motherwort come

to mind, but I would try a cleanse and total nutrition

first.

I do get palpitations and that happens when i don't drink enough water. So try

drinking lots of water. You probably are dehydrated.

Do you drink coffee, tea, or alcoholic drinks? Drinking too much

coffee/tea/alcoholic drinks can also cause heart palpitation.

milk thistle and fish oil will lower cholesterol, hawthorn berries are the cardiac herb, and as a side benefit they also help balance the cholesterol. I also add Cayenne pepper to my regimen. these work for me. I take the Natures way cayenne, hawthorn and Vit E blend its an easy way to take them, I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner, have they checked your thyroid? that will cause heart palpation's.

Keep rosemary by your garden gate. Plant roses and lavender for luck. Fall in love whenever you can.~ Practical Magic--- On Sun, 3/21/10, nan <greenthumb_mills wrote:

Yes, any caffeine or alcohol will definitely make your heart work harder. CoQ10

has Hawthorne berries which are food for he heart.

You can find a very high quality CoQ10 from Organic Solutions. This as well as

increasing the amount of water you drink may help.
