Guest guest
Hello My hubby, 37, is experiencing some bad muscle aches lately. Bending over to put socks/ shoes on is virtually impossible. We went to the massage therapist yesterday...seems to work for the time. Today he's a bit better. What would be a good concoction of stuffs to help with muscle aches like this? M. Therapist says ice would help. Of course, the doctor says the anti-inflammatory, muscle relaxers, and the prednisone would help. JM
Guest guest
In , low back pain is typically caused by kidney and liver yin deficiency. Kidney and liver yin are basically the foundation of the body's energy. It's mainly thought of as kidney yin, with the liver taking it's yin from the kidneys. When we speak of the liver and kidneys, we are not speaking of the anatomical organs, but the functions of those organs according to tcm theory. When we say " yin, " what we mean is the stored energy reserves of these organs. (By " yang, " we would mean the active energetic functioning of these organs.) Acupuncture is the best. You could also try American ginseng. Don't use regular ginseng, as that is more yang, what you need is more yin. American ginseng is more yin. There are great formulas, but I would have to examine you in person to come up with an herbal formula designed specifically for you. Foods: Sea cucumber. Black chicken soup to maintain yin essence. Black chicken is like regular chicken, only the meat is black. This tonifies foundational kidney and liver yin essence. Raspberry tea as well. Black beans, black rice, black sesame, walnuts, beets, eggs, shitake, royal jelly, raspberry, blackberry. Beets. - " shinybear1 " <grizzly <herbal remedies > Friday, March 12, 2010 6:15 AM {Herbal Remedies} back muscle aches > Hello > My hubby, 37, is experiencing some bad muscle aches lately. Guest guest
Dear JM, Gotta find out what's causing this. Does he spend a lot of time at the computer????? Does he drink coffee??? Alcohol??? Eat Chocolate??? Etc. Etc. The Deep Tissue Repair Oil and Arnica Gel should help, but if you don't get what's behind it all, these too will just be band aids. Guest guest
Almost all of my back problems get resolved by going to my chiropracter. I do get a massage once in a while if the muscles are really tight, usually before the adjustment Trina Mercurius Trismegistus <magisterium_magnumherbal remedies Sent: Fri, March 12, 2010 5:14:01 PMRe: {Herbal Remedies} back muscle aches In , low back pain is typically caused by kidney and liver yin deficiency.
