Guest guest
I have suffered for years with GERD that is what brought on the Barrettes so the doctor says. and most of the damage happens while asleep. I used antacids for years too but still am diagnosed with this. Quit smoking, do drink herbal teas but have 2 cups of coffee in the morning. I don't eat past 6 at night and have the head of my bed elevated. I am mostly vegetarian but will eat a piece of meat now & then. I have just started the raw ACV and aloe vera juice to see if that will help me. I haven't been getting heart burn for several years and I hope my biopsies come back negative. Is that enough info? Guest guest
I am interested in more on this as well. Sounds like me. I too have just a cup of tea in the morning, do indulge in some dark chocolate. I don't have Barretts esophagus, well at last scope in November. I have LPR -- which occurs mostly during the day. I have tried the ACV but maybe not long enough, as well as the aloe vera juice. I don't feel teh heartburn at all which is why they say I have laryngeal pharyngeal reflux. It totally sucks! Guest guest
That's a good start Donna. I'd like you to give me your diet for the entire last week or two if it differs a lot week to week. I wanna know everything = Standard Breakfast, standard Lunch, and Dinner. What sweets??? Chocolate??? Pasta??? How old you are??? How tall??? & How much you weigh??? Are there any other physical problems plaguing you??? What's your eyesight like??? The condition of your skin??? How many Bowel Movements a day??? Unusual Body Odors??? Skin Difficulties. I wanna know your entire physical condition = all of the data. What are your periods like??? Any signs of PMS??? My first suspicion is Acidosis, but I'm not willing to commit to that without all of the above data. Did you ever listen to that FREE CD Lecture of mine on line or order the FREE CD by mail??? Orrrrrrrrr, did you ever order the entire lecture Series which contains not only the Freebie = "Naturopathy = Handling the Cause of Disease" but also contains my second lecture, "Nutritional Secrets & Lifetime Health" which covers the entire problem of Acidosis which is the #1 condition in the US today. (You never hear this from the Medicos or main line medical circles, since this would cut into their business big time and put half of them out of work). The two lectures together form the "Life Time Health Lecture Series" cost only $40 which includes shipping anywhere in the World, and what's best is they put YOU IN CHARGE of your own health. They come with a full set of transcripts to make study easier and are the basic pillar behind my Apprentice Herbalist Program soon to be released. Listening to the two lectures, especially Lecture #2, "Nutritional Secrets and Lifetime Health", you'll find yourself in the drivers seat of being responsible for your own health, and be able to whup up some home recipes in your own kitchen to reverse all this. Honestly hon, it's not really that difficult once you get started. Right off, I can tell you the coffee has to go!!! Period!!! If you're not willing to do that, there's no sense in doing any of the above. But right up front, that's one of the nails in the leg I was talking about the other day. The Coffee's gotta go from hereon out. I'm always willing to help. But I only help those who are willing to help and take responsibility for themselves. Guest guest
Dear Donna, Thanks for all the data and my apologies for being so tardy in answering. What with the ObamaCare coming to the front of the battle here, I've had little time for anything else and have just now come up for air. I can unequivocally deduce from what you've written below that you are suffering from Acidosis. This is the #1 "Why" behind all of your ills. Off the top, the following need to go from your diet. The Cheese. - (Permanently out) The Soy Milk and ALL Soy Products. (Permanently out) The Oatmeal (this one may be reintroduced later on in moderation = once or twice a week maximum) The Wheat Toast. (Permanently out) With all the juices & teas, you're drinking too much water and overstressing your Kidneys and need to cut this down to 1/4 your current. All of your nuts need to be sprouted (germinated) before you eat them or the enzyme inhibitors will nail you big time. Too many sweet fruits that are not raw = the raisins and the dates. The Bean Burgers HAVE to go. Period ! ! ! (Permanently out) The Pasta has to go from hereon out. Period ! ! ! (Permanently out) You probably didn't want to hear all that, but basically you've been doing yourself in with this diet. A lot of people think that because they buy these things, especially SOY in a Healthfood Store that they're eating a healthy diet. They're not !!! In order to get all the data on why the above is BAD for you, you really do need to listen to those two lectures of mine. ALL THE DATA AND KNOWLEDGE IS IN THERE. You're talking two hours of highly concentrated information to absorb here, which is why the Lecture Transcripts are part of the package, to make your study of the materials much easier and more complete. Once you've done this, we'll talk again.
