Hi I lurk most of the time but have been learning alot.

My partner has a lot of chest congestion, phlegm was green but is not

a beige color. I make him a tea that helps with the cough but this has

been going on for two weeks now.

A little history we have been cleaning the basement, though he started

with a mask he did most of the cleaning without. Very dry basement but

very very dusty.

He uses the netti pot at least once a day. He also uses the sinus

nasal spray from Quantum Herbal Products several times a day. The tea

has slippery elm, chapperal, licorice, lobelia, hyssop, horehound,

thyme, basil, some cloves and cardomom for flavoring oh yes some anise

seeds pods. I put some goldenseal and elcampane extract in each cup.

This tea will help with the cough which gets violent at times, his

side is beginning to hurt now also.

I know he's not getting enough oxygen he is so very tired.

Any other ideas?

Pam

Hmmm, wish I could afford it right now! I'm between jobs right now.

I'm an elderly care taker, the lady I've been taking care of for the last year just ended up in a nursing home, and waiting to work with another lady, but she just went into the hospital so not sure when that position will begin.

So money is tight to say the least, was planning on doing the cleanse but that has to be put on hold for probably a month or so.

Hopeing to do with what I have mullien which is in the huff and puff is probably one of the few herbs I don't have!
