I got this also from Mercola as I am on his mailing list. Can you give me any input/experience on this "tapping method" he refers to . Sounds interesting........

These are your standard

Acupressure / Acupuncture Pressure points. There are more than those

he mentions on his website and I don't like the name he chose to

describe them. Kinda makes it look like he's got something new when in

reality, we're talking about simple Acupressure here. "Tapping Method"

just sounds squirrely to me.

I haven't unloaded my books yet from my last move, but this should be

done within a few weeks and if you remind me, I'll look up the best

Acupressure point to work on for weight loss when I do.

Perhaps our Indian Friend Mercurious can help us out with some of these

points and the original techniques for applying pressure to them???

Thanks Doc. Wow there seems to be a whole movement out there for this so called "Tapping Method" Thanks for the explanantion and I sure look forward to yours or anyones help on the area we could apply pressure to assist in weight loss. Every little bit helps....... and could mean the difference between a "cheat" on a diet or staying steadfast!
