Guest guest
I weighed in at 180 this morning, but it's not too surprising I only lost one pound this week with all of the exercise I've been doing. Muscle weighs more than fat and Valorie still swears I dropped another inch this week even if it was only a one pound loss to go with it. I feel the lost inches too, as all my clothes are looser than ever. The other thing I noticed was my hunger increasing again with all the exercise. I had quite settled into not eating with a good grip on the hunger signals, but now it seems as if my bod is demanding more food in order to rebuild the muscle and I think it's time to end the fast. 48 Days is long enough and I think we can both claim Hero status here. ;o))) Up to you of course if you want to continue, but my gym workouts have been very strenuous, and I think it'll be easier at this stage of the game for my bod to drop the fat if I'm feeding it a bit more of the right foods. The diet I'm starting today is going to be a simple one and will be the same each day for at least a week to see how I do and to ensure I'm still losing weight in order to get down to ideal. Here's what I've got planned. Let me know any input you have on this. At the end of one week = Next Friday, I may add one more food to the list below. Breakfast: Total Nutrition - Green Dragon Drink Lunch: Comprehensive Salad = Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Avocados, and Grated Carrots with a little Salt & Pepper and some Organic Olive Oil and Organic Balsamic Vinegar. This will start off as a medium sized salad that will most like end up as a medium / large salad by the end of next week as my appetite increases. It'll never be "Huge" again ;o))) Dinner: Cooked Spinach - Start Small, work up to Medium, then up to Medium Large by the end of the week. Again, no "Huge" meals ever again. Overall now, I'm as healthy as I've ever been and I'm feeling awesome. No one believes I'm 63 and my Massage Therapist can't believe how pure my skin has become. This Wednesday just past, he told me I don't have one blemish = quite an accomplishment. It's been fun having you do this fast with me CJ, and it's always easier when you do something like this with someone else. Looking forward to your report.
