How do you stop or partially stop Post Nasal Drip?

I didn't realize it until like 2 years ago but I've had it my whole life- and

its awful. Is there something that you can take to help lessen the problem.

Andrew ,

There is plenty you can do. It will require some changes in your eating

and lifestyle no doubt.

Have you listened to Doc's free lecture? This would be the place to

start.

Try sniffing some Goldenseal.

This is my Herbal Snuff Formula that should knock

it off with one or two uses.  This doesn't substitute for listening to
