Water, Water Everywhere!

But, what’s the best to drink?

 

 

Over the years, I’ve promoted to all my students that they should be

drinking Distilled Water.

Once in a while, one of them comes back with data from some other

source that insists distilled water is bad for you because it leaches

minerals out of the body and is almost always acid. Well, this is

true, but the amount of false data and bad information out there is

staggering. So to clear up any misconceptions floating around about

this and give you a solution to these very small problems, read on.

 

The absolute best water you can drink is Distilled Water.

It is true that “untreated”

distilled water will leach some minerals from your body. The majority

of these minerals are inorganic minerals that you don’t want there any

way such as Calcium Carbonate which builds up to form bone spurs and

Arthritic Calcium deposits. Any “good” minerals leached can be quickly

replaced with a small handful of raw nuts or seeds so this isn’t a

major concern. However, Distilled Water is empty. It has nothing in

it. Immediately after being made, it starts absorbing Carbon Dioxide

from the air which then makes it Acid, and contributes to, and can

actually cause an Acidosis Condition in the body. This is a far bigger

problem than minerals being leached. How do we handle this? Read on.

 

Some people drink City Tap Water that is loaded

full of toxins such as Chlorine, Chloramines and Fluoride. These

things won’t kill you right away, but they will lessen your life span

dramatically and will constantly keep you sick as the years go by. I

refuse to use City Water and won’t ever give it to my pets.

 

Others drink Spring Water. The question here is,

“Has it been polluted or contaminated”??? Well your guess is as good

as mine, and the water companies are not very helpful when it comes to

disclosing exactly what’s in there, soooooo I choose to leave it right

there on the shelf.

 

Bottled Mineral Water is similar to Spring Water

but also has inorganic minerals that are not easily used or digested by

the body. After all, a good healthy diet provides plenty of organic,

usable minerals every day. The rest is nothing but hype.

 

Reverse Osmosis is questionable, and I’ve heard

that it contributes to Candida. Since this was from a verbal source,

more investigation needs to be done on this one. RO units have filters

that need replacing ever so often, and they do not remove everything

from the water such as Fluoride.

 

The latest and greatest new fad on the block is Alkaline

Water Makers.

These are very expensive units that sell for $1,000 up to over $4,000

and more for the MLM brands. These water makers are far too costly for

every day needs, and most of them don’t remove chemicals such as

Fluoride. There is a far better, and extremely affordable way to

alkalize your water and the body using “treated” Distilled Water.

 

What’s the big secret??? It’s so simple I’m almost embarrassed to tell

you since my mother told me about it, and used it on me when I was a

kid. I didn’t rediscover it until a couple of months ago.

 

Baking Soda ! ! ! That’s it. That’s all of it.

Adding

one level Teaspoon of Arm & Hammer or any other quality Baking Soda

to a gallon of Distilled Water will bring the pH up to over 8 on the

Alkaline side of the scale. It will also add just enough mineral

content to the water so that no leaching takes place whatsoever.

Did you know there are many reports of people taking Bicarbonate of

Soda (Baking Soda) during plague & flu pandemics who never got

sick. Do your own research. You will be truly amazed how long this

old remedy has been around. I talked to the lab boys at Arm &

Hammer, and rumors of Aluminum or an anti-caking agent being in there

are totally false = a Black PR campaign.

 

I bought a Water Distillery from Sears for around $160 bucks and have

used it every day for years. You can still buy similar units, or you

can buy your distilled water from any Super Market.

 

Why pay outrageous prices? Make your own Alkaline Water using the

above Formula. In just a few days, my skin and health improved so much

I could hardly believe it. My Massage Therapist was flabbergasted and

told me my skin had become like that of a 30 year old. Try it. You’ll

be glad you did.
