I've been there myself and know how difficult it can be but you find new strengths in yourself that build confidence. The best thing for your immunity is to avoid negative and unfriendly people any way you can. Don't have time for them. You need to have a safe and peaceful environment to take care of yourself and your kids. You sound very run down physically which happens easily when you are on your own and are doing it all. Take care of yourself and your health. Eat well and get plenty of sleep. Go to bed early. Take a good, quality, food-based multi-vitamin. Take some Vitamin C every day. Use fresh, whole garlic in recipes every day. It kills lots of viruses and bugs. The main thing I would recommend for immunity is Vitamin D. Most Moms don't get out and get enough sun to maintain proper Vitamin D levels. The best thing to do is get your Vitamin D levels checked with a blood test. Read up on Vit D at www.mercola.com.
