For those of you who don't

remember, CJ and I decided to do a Juice Fast while doing the Total

Body Cleanse and have been comparing notes as we go along.

The TBC is over, but we've continued the Fast and are now 24 days of

Juicing only.  It's been an adventure to say the least.

All kinds of wins have happened while doing this, but I'll let CJ share

Finally have a video camera which will make things much easier and

faster now.

The only course that is fully ready to go at this time is the

"Sprouting Course", but eventually the entire "Apprentice Herbalist

Course" will be available as a home study course.

Wahoo! I am hoping that you will have it done by the time I finish

Dr. Christopher's Master Herbalist course in less than two years. I

am in the habit of learning again and I really want to know

everything. I am getting a longer and longer list of things to study

the more I learn. I am also getting better and better about biting my

tongue when I talk to people who still worship at the altar of the

AMA. I love the independence. I love how much sense it makes.

 

Doc, I have a question though. I have a friend, a RN. I have been

biting my tongue around her for years, as her health deteriorated.

She is finally ready to listen. Her kidneys have shut down pretty

much completely and she is on a permanent catheter.

 

I am pretty sure that she needs to take the kidney tea for a long time

before trying a total body cleanse. Also a bowel formula to get that

working well to relieve the load on her kidneys, and total nutrition.

Is there something else? I want to get it all right when I send stuff

off to her. She is one of my dearest friends and barely 30. I am so

glad that she is finally ready to hear something outside of what the

doctors have to say, and more medications. (Gee why are her kidneys

so bad?)

Hey Ramona, I fully

understand about biting the tongue when it comes to these types ;o) LOL

 

The way your RN friend should approach the TBC is to do a double whammy

on the Kidney Cleanse = she should do it twice while doing the TBC =

once at the beginning and once at the end.  She should start the entire

Cleanse as normal but add the Kidney Cleanse to it as well.  Then do

the Kidney Cleanse again at the end just as you normally would. 

 

If she's that sick should also go on an all juice fast if she can

orrrrrrrrrrrr at the very least, an all raw veggie diet while doing the

TBC. 

 

Her Kidneys are probably that bad due to a life of debauchery and

chocolate LOL ;o)))))  Actually, it may not be chocolate, but she's

obviously eating and drinking things she shouldn't be.  You need to

check these thing out with her and tell her she really does need to

knock off all of that pasta, all the coffee (that's a biggy), and all

the ice cream. 

 

That's how I'd approach this one hon.

Is there something else? I want to get it all right when I send stuff

off to her. She is one of my dearest friends and barely 30. I am so

glad that she is finally ready to hear something outside of what the

doctors have to say, and more medications. (Gee why are her kidneys

so bad?)

I've been buying Total Nutrition from Doc Shillington for the last 20years.  My 4 kids have grown up on the Dragon Drink and it's helped enormously with them being able to go all day at school and be nutritionally complete without having to take a lot of pills.  Now they are in college and are seeing the difference between having their green shake and going without it.  Needless to say they are smart enough to know they need to take responsibility for their own health and make a shake every day!  Thank God!!  I don't know where we'd be health wise if I hadn't met them and taken this route of organic nutrition.  Thanks Doc!  Love, Jeff & Jackie in Loveland Colorado.
