IS Colloidal silver banned in the EU?

I have been getting a lot of emails on this ---but it's still all only from one source as the basis. When I google I see lots about how it will be banned through CODEX on Jan 1 but nothing about it actually happeneing. Also the CODEX limits have been pushed off for another year from my understanding until it is further looked into. http://www.thenhf.com/press_releases/pr_06_nov_2009.html

 

Can anyone clarify this? If possible send the information directly relating to the ban?

I'm getting a lot of frantic emails.
