Guest guest
Danny has been breastfed up until about age 17 mths. His poo has always been on the softer side (loose) even when he would eat solids. and he has not really wanted to drink milk up until about last week (he's 19 mths old now). But starting at about 17 1/2 mths I've been giving him Stevia water. Now he will drink RAW milk, with 3 (1/8 tsps) in it with about 2 cups of milk. My MIL has mentioned that maybe the Stevia is causing his loose poo's. I dunno. I also sometimes wonder if it's the way his body digests things. If maybe it could be celiac. I don't know. His skin seems sensitive to things, especially when he's teething. How do I know if he's allergic to milk too?thanks//(*< *)\\  Holly V. ..........................mom to 3...\0/Babies are born potty trained... http://www.BornPottyTrained.com/ Here I am on google:  http://www.google.com/profiles/peacefulloneDelight yourself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Guest guest
It is totally normal for his stools to be loose while his body adjusts to the probiotics in the raw milk. My children had loose stools when we made the switch. If it does not clear up, you might consider raw goats milk. Goat milk is alkaline, while cow milk is acid. I would not suspect the stevia. Guest guest
thanks Anella...but it's most always been on the softer side and messy. I think lately it's probably because of the RAW milk and teething.  generally it's always on the softer/messy side. //(*< *)\\  Holly V. ..........................mom to 3...\0/Babies are born potty trained... http://www.BornPottyTrained.com/Here I am on google:  http://www.google.com/profiles/peacefullone Delight yourself in the Lord and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
