And I found out arrowroot is a great healthy alternative to cornstarsh..anyone have experience with using it in recipes? Guest guest Posted December 23, 2009 Report Share Posted December 23, 2009 I don't use cornstarch anymore, only arrowroot powder. It's just like cornstarch except you don't need quite as much.
