I have questions relative to two recipes I am going to make of Doc's, which by the way are

fantastic.

Deep Tissue Repair Oil.

Is the ginger root dried?

The Cayenne. Is this fresh or dried?

How much DMSO do I use after it has macerated?

When he says to store for 2 weeks, does he mean, wait 2 weeks and tincture the ingredients, then

strain?

Re: Total Tonic..

Having a problem g etting fresh tumeric. Can I use dried?

Sorry for all the questions, but I am new at this and am very excited to get started.

Patti,

Wait 2 to 4 weeks , strain , then add the dmso. Be sure this is stored

in a dark area in glass only.

Fresh tumeric should be available by next month. Talk to your local

organic produce place to find out when and order.

You could use a bit of organic powdered but I would wait for the fresh.

By the way , the formula is very effective without tumeric .

Email Fiesta Supermarket, Central Market, Whole Foods, HEB supermarkets all here

in Texas, and ask them if you can buy fresh from them & mailed overnight. Fresh

turmeric lasts long. Don't keep in refrigerator, it goes bad fast when kept in

fridge. I keep my onions, garlic, ginger and fresh turmeric in a basket and they

last long. If you are successful, get an oversized pot and plant some. Wait

til furmeric get little shoots and plant those parts with the shoots.

Melly .. and/or group:

Would that be turmeric root or just the powders? I would love to try growing some here indoors in Nebraska or to plant outdoors in spring perhaps protected. Thanks, Joyce Simmerman

There is ALWAYS a "BETTER WAY"! WE can find & make ITa "Cradle for Humanity"!

Fresh Tumeric Root is the best to use. Call your local produce folks

and find out when they can get it. Organic of course.
