I am wondering if any one has heard of any non-immunized people contracting the

" swine flu " from contact with a freshly nasal vaccinated person. The nasal

vaccine is a live virus and my mother in law was told not to get the nasal

version because her daughter was very ill with cancer at the time she " needed "

to get vaccinated for work (teacher). My childrens school is giving

vaccinations (nasal) in a few days and I'm wondering if I should keep them home

from school that day.

Thanks

We kept our kids home from school for 2 days following the vacinations. We did not have our children vaccinated, but the potential for catching it from the other 300 plus students who got it was pretty high so we told the school we were keeping them home till the kids were no longer contagious.
