Guest guest
Hello all, I have a friend who is experiencing moderate migraines and stress headaches. Some of this is due to her pending nuptials and family discord. She has tried several homeopathic suggestions (peppermint oil, dark quiet room, fish oil..ect) most of the basic and most well known aids. Would anyone have any less known, but successful aids to her problem? Tonight I mentioned yoga, which may help her do some mind cleansing and chakra realignment, esp. with her wedding coming in the next month. She does have a very busy work and home life, with a very caring and loving partner who wants to help in any way he can. But she does have control issues. Any advice would be gladly accepted. Thank you for your time and consideration, Long time r, Michael Normand,
Guest guest
Some sort of neck support where the weight of her head is not supported, or barely supported, with an ice pack on her head in a sitting up or not fully lying down position.
