Guest guest Posted November 26, 2009 Report Share Posted November 26, 2009 wrap the wrist and two fingers(index and middle) with a stick so that the fingers are open and pointing away from wrist. Keep immobile for as long as comortabe. Then make sure you drink good water which has minerals in it so the joint can heal. It has worked for me. I have learned it from the acrobats on television.
