Guest guest Posted October 15, 2009 Report Share Posted October 15, 2009 I just had an amazing chicken salad with dried Michigan cherries, apples, pecans and lots of other amazing things at an organic restaurant in Traverse City, Michigan. I'm here for a week for work. I've never been to an organic restaurant before. I think we use salad dressing to cover up the nasty taste of non-organic food. The carrots & celery on the salad were amazing. I did have an organic balsamic vinaigrette dressing, but used very little of it. We need more organic restaurants!!! I bought an organic hummus with blue corn chips & Bible pita bread appetizer to go to bring back to the hotel for a snack later. MMMmmmmmmmmm.
