Guest guest
Does anyone know where I can buy bulk yeast powder? (Ebay has some for $15-20/lb, but that seems rather pricy compared to the flakes.) I found red star nutritional yeast flakes at bulkfoods.com. As an alternative, can you grind the flakes, or use (slighty more than) double flakes? Any suggestions? Thanks, Jennifer
Guest guest
Jennifer , You could substitute the flakes but your Total Nutrition will be more potent if you follow the recipe exactly. Maybe you can order this through a health food store at a discount. And check the files to see if Doc has some sources. Mary j_robertson3 wrote: Does anyone know where I can buy bulk yeast powder?
