Guest guest
Good morning! I was hoping to gleen some wisdom from this wonderful forum concerning my husband's tendonitis in his elbow. He has an extremely physical job and is having trouble with pain and swelling in this area. The physical therapist has told him to ice the area and rest it when he can. However, his job is basically a 10 hr aerobic workout every day for 5-6 days a week. Ibuprophin is not working. Is there something that I can do for him that is safe and natural? Any advice is welcome and very appreciated. Thank you and God bless you, Jacqueline Help-meet to Alfred Homeschool mom of 2 lovely blessings
