Enzymes in Pineapple - pawpaw/papaya?

Hi Don

 

I don't buy the pawpaw seeds. I buy organic papaw, scrape out the seeds and set them on some waxed paper in a sunny spot for a few days to dry out. Once dry, I put them in a pepper grinder and grind them over veggies, salads etc instead of pepper. Then we eat the papaw!
