Guest guest
Every time I have my teeth cleaned at the Dentist I get physically sick (sore throat, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, irritated sinus, etc.). It seems like the cleaning releases bacteria that my immune system has to spend days fighting off. When I mentioned it to the hygienist she just laughed. God Bless Kris So like I was talking about I had a dentist apt. on Tuesday and that's when my dentist wanted me to get my silver filling done but my mouth was too tired from having some fillings re-done for the 3rd time. I also got a new night guard but I noticed that Wed. night and Thurs night (just the night) my throat felt like it closing up and it hurt sooo bad to swallow. It wasn't in my lower throat but more towards my sinus cavity. Last night it was so bad that I wanted to cry. Before I went to bed I took some cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, valarian root and did the neti pot. I feel fine this morning. Which of these worked or was it possibly the change in night weather (it's a lot cooler)?I'm just wondering if something from the dentist triggered this...the assistant did a horrible job of sucking all the extra fluid out of my throat. I got a cough 3 weeks ago that I still have, from running, and it's brought on a lot of nasal drainage. Is this all connected?

I just took oregano oil and I hope this kicks it...I also finally just got my probiotics (they were shipped late).
