I have kind of fallen off the wagon with my healthy habits, so this might have alot to do with it. Need to get back on total nutrition. ^^ I have alot of knowledge about herbs thanks to you but was wondering what you would suggest with regards to the UTI. Thanks for the help! I take 5 capsules three times day for a few days and the symptoms are always gone on the first day, but I like to make sure I've wiped out any and all bacteria, so I do for 2-3 days. Thankfully, I've only had this problem 3 times over the past 25 years and I've wiped it out within a day each time.
