My good friend who has multiple schlerosis in a dormant state has been getting

spasms in her stomach and espophagas that either pushes air into her lower

stomach or into her chest cavity. She collapsed at work because the air forced

into her chest put pressure on her heart and she had many of the symptoms of a

heart attack. She has been in alot of pain the last couple weeks and her

stomach continues to spasm. Her doctor has given her some kind of medicine to

help relax her stomach. Is there anything possibly that the doctors are missing

and that some herb can help?

Lobelia may help with this . One of it's therapeutic actions is

antispasmodic.
