Hello

I would love to make this formula. I am somewhat confused,

are these powders, what you would use to cook/bake with? Or something else. I

decide it was time to quiet the allergy shots, I have been doing really good

expect for the sinus headaches, pressure, congestion in my head. I was hoping

this would help so my sinus will not get infected again. Thanks so much for your

time & help

Herbal Snuff Formula

(A part is a measurement by volume = cups, Tbls, etc.)

7 parts Goldenseal Root Powder

7 parts Bayberry Bark Powder

1 part Cayenne Pepper Powder

1 part Garlic Powder

All the above must be ground up very finely. Best to use Habanera Cayenne as

it is the hottest. Mix it very well as a clump of Cayenne could keep your eyes

in tears for an hour ;o) Won't hurt you though.

Yes you do need to get powdered herbs to make this . You could use a

tablespoon for your "part"

This seems odd at first but many formulas are written in this way and

one gets used to it .

Hi,

There is no liquid used in this formula. It is all very fine powder and

you "sniff" a small amount up your nose.
