Drying Habenaro Peppers

Hey allThanks for all the repliesI live in Michigan so i guessi'll try the oven ..we have gas.They're the only peppers thatdid anything in my garden thisyear....they are suppose to beorange when u pick them right?

Some are orange,  some are more red   and I even had one bush that had

yellow ones  once.   but yes,  whatever  color they turn after being

green  is  right.

 

My oven  was my very first dehydrator,   it held  an awful  lot of

stuff  and I really  miss that.   I liked the idea that  I wasn't 

using any extra  energy to dry my  stuff.

I grew my habaneras in a large pot and had tons of them! Will be making my tincture soon. I also got lots of cayenne peppers too, but my cherry peppers didn't do well at all.

 

Thanks for the info on drying them.
