Question....Help for stomach cramps for Pt with colon cancer

I am trying to help my friend, who's dad has colon cancer, he has gone thru

treatments like chemo and surgery. the problem he is having is terrible stomach

cramps. The pain meds make him constipate, so he tries not to take them. Any one

know of something that can help? Thanks so much for your time and knowledge.
