Guest guest
Hi Doc, Valorie, Bryan, Kelly, and Mary, My neice wrote me the following question:Do you know why the government has ordered all but one manufacturer to stop producing morphine? This is very inconvenient for hospitals.....and expensive. Connie My neice, Connie, is a nurse and she has somehow gotten this information and asked me about this as she knows I follow trends in healthcare, etc. Are any of you aware of this mandate or what is going on? I plan to look into this, but thought perhaps someone on this board might know. I personally have not heard about this and am uaware of this mandate. Thanks~ Lori "I feel ashamed that so many of us cannot imagine a better way to do things than locking children up all day in cells instead of letting them grow up knowing their families, mingling with the world, assuming real obligations, striving to be independent and self-reliant and free." - John Taylor Gatto Windows Live: Keep your friends up to date with what you do online. Guest guest
Hi Mary, My neice does not go back to work until next week when she will find out what company has the monpoly and see if she can find out anything more. She lives and works in Findlay, Ohio. I have tried an Internet search and nothing has come up. I am wondering if perhaps this hospital where my neice works contracted with the pharmaceutical company. Anyway, I may not know anything until next week, and when I do, I will post. In the meantime, if anyone else hears of anything I would be interested. Thanks~ Lori"I feel ashamed that so many of us cannot imagine a better way to do things than locking children up all day in cells instead of letting them grow up knowing their families, mingling with the world, assuming real obligations, striving to be independent and self-reliant and free." - John Taylor Gatto herbal remedies From: maryDate: Thu, 20 Aug 2009 08:19:01 -0700Re: {Herbal Remedies} Morphine monopoly?
