I would try that, if you can't find raw goats milk then use raw cows milk, but just make sure its organic and raw (not pasteurized or fresh from the cow). My daughter was allergic to milk also but she "grew" out of it. Also it is hard to find organic non gmo soy as it is one of the most bastardized food products on the market. If you think about it, humans are the only species to drink milk at all after being weened from mothers milk. Believe it or not, the doctor himself actually recommended raw goat's milk. She did just fine on it. My youngest son could tolerate milk, but was sensitive to it. It stops rashes and allergies in sensitive people and boosts the immune system. So it may not be the milk at all that is causing the problem, but what's in it. Only good thing I've heard come out of congress lately is that they are proposing a bill to not routinely give antibiotics to livestock, but only if they are sick. Maybe it's just an evolutionary thing but we do uniquely retain the ability to metabolize milk; unlike other mammals.
