Guest guest Posted July 22, 2009 Report Share Posted July 22, 2009 Hi everyone Thought I would let you know how my high blood pressure was after taking in some of the suggestions you sent to me. WEll when I went to the gym and they measured it, it was a scary 160 over 115, so they asked me to go to the Drs before I started at the gym, I went to the Drs a few days later and it was 145 over 105 (I must have been a bit stressed at the gym when they took it or they where not so good at taking it), then after two weeks of juicing, raw food, meat/fish only every other day etc, etc and i will admit I am not talking 100% but certainly 60-70% of the time and vamping up on some exercise, my blood pressure was down to 140 over 88, the nurse was so impressed by the change she re-checked it, I have also lost 10 lbs, so power to juicing and raw food ay! The other plus points are feeling better spiritually and with myself and feeling more chilled out with life in general Sooooo thanks again for your advices and posts I look forward to posting that it is BELOW 120 over 80 soooooon!
