I was thinking of all of you today as I ground some dried Total Tonic mash in my coffee mill as seasoning for tonight's dinner. Be sure and save the mash if you press your Total Tonic. I use a very fine screened stainless mesh strainer.You can save the leftover plant matter for future seasoning! Yum.!
