Guest guest
Does any one know what to do about this and what to take for the pain. It has been 3 months now. I fell and landed on my left arm, my arm hit the edge of my bed. I can't raise it to wash my hair (I use one hand) to wash my hair and I can't dry it so I have to let my hair air dry and boy does it look a mess. I go to a Chiropractor and he told me some exercises to do but they don't help. Looking for love this summer? Find it now on AOL Personals. Guest guest
Do you have a diagnosis of torn rotator cuff already ? Realize that there is a group of muscles and tendons involved here. Back off on the exercise for now. You need to restore circulation to the area with Hot and Cold Therapy ( instructions in files) . For pain management and healing get Deep Tissue Repair Oil , Bone , Flesh & Cartilage Formula , Nerve Sedative Formula and Total Nutrition.. Make sure that your diet is supplying nutrients so that you CAN heal ..Hope this helps ! Mary O TANUKIE wrote: Does any one know what to do about this and what to take for the pain. Guest guest
Hi, I had the muscles and tendons pulled away from the bone and had to have it operated on. It hurt really bad, right afterwards. It has been 2 years this past Feb 10th, and it still gives me a problem. I went thru therapy for 6 weeks and promply quit because it was not getting any better, plus I could do the exercises at home. The doctor had me in a sling for a little while, then exercise. They had me on codine/asprin. I quit that after a couple of days and started switching back and forth from advil and ibprofen. Hot and cold compresses help also. If you can find something better then what I used then try it. Hope you feel better soon. Guest guest
thank you. I have a hand held ultrasound unit that I am using and a tens unit I use. Only started using them for the last 2 weeks. I looked for the instructions for the hot and cold theraphy but couldn't find them in the files, maybe I was looking at the wrong thing. Can you tell me how to find them? Guest guest
Hi, About the hot and cold compresses. The doctor told me about that. He said to switch back and forth for 15 minutes at a time., about 4 times a day. --- On Thu, 7/9/09, TANUKIE <TANUKIE wrote: TANUKIE <TANUKIERe: {Herbal Remedies} torn rotator cuffherbal remedies Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009, 2:33 PM thank you.
