Fall - broken bone over sinuses / cleft lip

Hello, Last week I had a freak fall at a gas station ( I slipped on gas or oil or something ) and crashed down on a metal pipe. I severed the muscle beneath my lip and split the lip open from nose through the entire lip.

 

I ended up at the ER with a cat scan - broken bone above sinuses

and plenty of stitches.

 

Now I'm wondering about tetanus - haven't had a tetanus vaccine since I was a child ( 30 + yrs).

I did bleed like crazy!

 

Any herbs for healing the bone? Homeopathy?

 

Now that the stitches are out, what can I do to lesson scarring?

 

Should I worry about tetanus?

 

Is there any natural way to rid my body of the radiation from the CT?

I also had a shot of steroids in my IV.
