Guest guest
Hello: My husband has sever pain in his heal, that has progressed to the point of him barely being able to walk. He thinks it's planters fasciitis. We have med insurance but it doesn't cover anything except catastrophic events. Does anyone know what we can do for it? It may be a heal spur too. Thanks
Guest guest
I've had planters fasciitis and it was always worse when I would get up from a relaxed state, like sleeping or sitting. Stretching the foot helps, and taking something that is anti-inflammatory. Mine stopped on it's own after taking twice the recommended amount of EFAs a day, but it took a couple of weeks.
