I do and I really like it!I take a brand called Nature Made (found at pharmacy, i'm sure there are MUCH better versions out there)But I take a small dose, just 30mg a day. I can definitely tell a difference (bad) when I don't take my vitaminsBobbie Smithlanis228 <lanis228herbal remedies Sent: Thursday, June 18,

I am on statins. I understand statins interfer with the body's ability to absorb

Coq10. I have read Coq10 is the key nutrient for generating 95% of total energy

required by the human body. I am in no way an expert! How true that is- I am not

sure. I have also read coq10 has an anti-aging effect. My boyfriend uses a Coq10

moisturizer and his skin is smooth at the age of 48. I hope I can achieve the

same results- we will see! LOL!

Hi,

My son has huntington disease and the University of Pennsylvania has him taking

2800mg a day. They have found that something in the Q10 prolongs life. They don't

know how long but it is a start. Huntington's disease is a disease that eats the

brain cells and there is no cure for it. He may have about another 10 years. He just

turned 43.--- On Fri, 6/19/09, Mary Ostrowski <mary wrote:
