Guest guest
I went to my natural Docotr for the first time and she encoraged me to investigate a possible wheat or dairy intollerance. Anywoo I had a feeling I could be wheat sensitve (like most people actually are but don't know it!) and it was causing inflammation in my gut. Every since Sunday I haven't had any wheat and I have been sooooo stinkin tired! I just want to goto sleep! I just want to know if this sounds like a good thing like things will get worse before they get better or if it's something else? I haven't tried going dairy free yet. Any tips? I'm taking calcium bentonite clay along with omega 3's, ashwagandah, probiotics, mag, and b complex. THanks! Dell Days of Deals! June 15-24 - A New Deal Everyday! Guest guest
I would need more info from you . Your age , are you on any of Doc's products already , do you take total nutrition, etc. I am sure we can give some tips but need more data, Mary O dppromo wrote: I went to my natural Docotr for the first time and she encoraged me to investigate a possible wheat or dairy intollerance. Guest guest
Nope, I'm not on any of his products. I'm 26 I take a raw multi vitamin and haven't had it for 3 weeks so I'm sure that's not helping. Guest guest
I felt terrible for two weeks when I first cut out gluten- especially tired. But after one week I noticed my constant (talking up to 16 times a day~!) diarreah went away!! I couldnt believe it! I was so relieved. I started to feel really good after about 3 weeks on gluten free diet. So I would say- first talk to your doctor and second, give it more time and see if you feel better! -- God bless you,Mary " God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
