My husband and I take Omega 3's, probiotics, and CoQ10 on a daily

basis.

The probiotics are HLC High Potency Capsules found in the refrigerator section

at most health food stores.( Or order them from Doc)

I am certain Doc has a quality product too.

As for the Omega 3's - buy the better ones.

Freshest suppliments have not left us belching them and no after

taste.

I know we need more suppliments but these run a good bit of money for both of us

and we are retired and on a budget.

I also take Armour thyroid and a compound hormone cream for balance.

I am age 55.

I have been generally healthy all of my life.

We eat everything we can possibly grow from our garden.

We walk and I am a member of a small gym.

We wreck our diet too.

We love " butt food " (our nic name for fast food) once in a while.

But when we do eat it ( when we travel) we FEEL the difference in our bodies -

like aches and sleepiness and diarhea.

Wow what a difference.

I hope my sharing this will encourage a good program for everyone.

Doc also has a wonderful product we give our dog.

It has really helped his arthritis.
