You could make your own Cayenne Tincture.( see files to make your own)

or call Doc's office .

Everyone in my household has built up our tolerance for cayenne by

first taking a drop or two in water and increasing it every couple of

days. My brother in-law ,sister, husband and myself can take about 1/2

dropperful of it straight now. We keep ourselves "Cayenne fit" ( by

taking it often) so that we are not shocked should it be needed in an

emergency. My brother in-law can have panic attacks in crowded places

and in traffic so has a bottle with him always ,

I myself keep Cayenne in my car and at home.

It sounds like you are well on your way to building up your tolerance.

Be sure you have Organic Cayenne.

the cayenne tincture/mixture? I have been trying to use more

cayenne pepper because it helps my sinus's.
