Hello, does anyone have any suggestions for the above problem? I have taken

practically every sleeping pill, to no avail, tried all kinds of herbal

remedies, magnesium, b complex, ashwaghanda, I could go on.

It is really affecting my quality of life and I just don't know what to do. It

seems as if nothing is going to work.

You may have already tried it but valarian root works like a charm for me. Are you getting enough magnesium? If you're low in Mag you will have trouble sleeping.

Hi ,

I wanted to jump in here to let you know that I handled hypothyroid

with the full body cleanse.

Keep in mind here that my Doctor told me that I would have to take

meds for the rest of my life.

Every thyroid test since that first cleanse ( six years ago ) shows

normal thyroid levels.
