I had an interesting NON-Reaction to wheat the other day and wanted to share it

with the group. I stopped eating wheat about a year ago and my health improved

tremendously. I also recently purchased a pollination business. My bees are

kept up in the Sierra Foothills. No quick place to grab a bite to eat except a

little sandwich shop. Long Story short, I've eaten wheat twice over the last

month, both times I took a spoon full of raw honey as soon as I got home. If you

have a strong reaction to wheat, you know that consuming it can have a very

negative impact on the following weeks daily activities, but seemingly, the raw

honey counteracts the negative effects of wheat. The honey must be " unheated " .
