Guest guest
Tim- I live in Michigan. The school nurse puts a lot of pressure on families trying to convince them that their children cannot attend school without vaccinations due to "state law". I kindly asked for a waiver to sign. I did not indicate "religious" reasons simply because my resistance to vaccinations has nothing to do with religion. I put down "not medically necessary". The school nurse refused to accept that reason and argued that vaccinations are medically necessary. I eventually just put down that I had personal objections to foreign substances being injected into my children's bodies. After the first year, each year she would just give me a new waiver to sign and stopped harassing me. My daughter went to Africa on a mission trip and not only had to get the vaccinations to re-enter the country after being in a third world country but she also had to play catch-up on her baby shots she never had. Last December she was diagnosed with "ulcerative colitis" and auto-immune disease. I am certain this is the result of the vaccinations she had a few years ago. Her body's immune system is screaming "NNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO". Kris It's an issue I'm passionate about as well. As a long-term law student, let me interject: There is no "law" I'm aware of that forces vaccinations of any kind. If anyone knows of one, pass it along to me, and I will pick it apart for you from the law student's perspective (college and private study for over ten years). I assure you there are ways around it. Law always boils down to interpretations of defintions that often fall outside of common vernacular. "Religious exemption," regarless of denomination or lack thereof, is a repeatedly successful way of avoiding shots. A friend of mine has done this with his kids at their school repeatedly. One of his children has autism, and most of you are aware of the controversy surrounding autism and shots, be it the mercury preservative Thimerisol or the embedded viruses that cause or contribute to the condition. I also know an entire family of three kids who've never been vaccinated...ever...and are healthy as can be. Perhaps a couple vaccinations these days are still useful...but certainly not the huge profile they try to pass along to most kids. And as an aside, my cousin just received over 30 rounds of shots to be able to go to Afgahnistan as a part of his military career. I forced him to take mega-doses of high potency vitamin C both in ascorbate and natural plant forms to help chelate any mercury exposure. And this should've been only a bare minimum, there are much more potent forms of chelation, but he is not into health issues the way I am (sigh). My two cents. Guest guest
I don't understand, complete vaccinations are required for re-entry? Only from certain countries or only from Africa, third world only? Guest guest
i printed a " waiver " form off of dr, mercolas website, it basically outlines all of the potential ingredients of vaccines and the " doctor " is supposed to sign the form before injection....basically there is no doctor that will sign the form after reading it...i've given a copy to our local health nurse who is somewhat conscious and aware of the hazzards... -- michael hollihn, british columbia, www.michaelhollihn.wordpress.com (bioregional timber frames) www.kettleriverfood.ning.com (building food security in the kettle River watershed) 'Be the change that you want to see' ghandi
Guest guest
I am sorry to hear about your daughter's condition. I did want to point out that Sandra Ellis had a son go to Africa and did not vaccinate him to get him back in the US. The author of Vaccines: Are they Really Safe and Effective has some more information about travel abroad and shots.
